Place of Birth: Glasgow
Ht: 5-11
Wt: 12-00

Position: Forward

Robert is enjoying his third spell at Newlandsfield just now. Having originally been picked up by Pollok's U21 side from Queen's Park B.C. after being let go by the latter, Robert was used as a pre-season stop-gap for the Juniors under new manager Andy Dailly but went on to be one of the few bright spots of the 1998-99 season for floundering Lok, and an impressive follow-up season secured him a move Senior with Hamilton Academical.

Injuries hampered him however and after only 9 league appearances he was loaned back to Lok for match fitness. When he was released by Accies at the end of the season, he signed for Arthurlie where he remained for four years. Dave Baikie then took him to Cowdenbeath in the summer of 2005 and he scored Cowden's 5000th ever goal before being struck down by an ankle injury. He was released at his own request in January 2006, after three months sidelined. Despite still being injured, and interest from Lok, Robert at that point signed up with Arthurlie until the end of the season, before moving, fully fit, to Newlandsfield in June 2006.

He has missed a lot of football in recent months through injury and at present remains sidelined until 2010.
